Returns Policy

Can I return my order?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Pilates grip socks or any other personal-use items.

What if my item is defective or damaged?

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To request a replacement or refund, email us at thewellclub1@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and provide a solution as soon as possible.


Refunds Policy

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective item (verified by our team).
  • Your order was lost in transit and not delivered.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Incorrect size selection (please check our all size guide before ordering)
  • Delayed deliveries due to courier issues beyond our control

How long does it take to receive a refund?

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective product, we will replace it with the same item.
